Do you need support with your mental health? (and aged 18-65)
Our Thrive Welcome Team is made up of experienced mental health practitioners who work closely together thinking about how we can support you. We are here to listen. Together we can identify the goals that you would like to work on, and we can guide you in taking practical steps to do this. We put people at the center of their support, and work with you to build on your own strengths and help you achieve your goals.
We operate a numer of drop-in centres - the closest is:
Contact Point
101 High Riggs
Tollcross
Edinburgh
EH3 9RP
(it is next to the Piccolino restaurant)
Thrive Welcome Team Website - click here for further information (including opening times)
What happens when I attend the drop in?
You will be welcomed by one of the Thrive Welcome Team workers who will ask you to fill in a form which contains information like your name and date of birth. You will then talk to another member of staff about what you are wanting support with, and they may suggest services there and then or may need to call you back with a plan.
Closing times
The drop in will be closed the following times:
All bank holidays and the Wednesdays after Christmas and Hogmanay.
This service is available to individuals registered at any of these GP practices: Meadows, University, Boroughloch, Bruntsfield, Morningside, Hermitage, Grange
