If you no longer need, or can no longer make your appointment, we do ask that you let us know so that we can give the time to someone else. To cancel your appointment, you can call the practice at the usual number (228 6081), or you can fill in the webform below. If you wish to rebook your appointment for a later date, you will need to phone or come in to the practice – the form below is for cancelling appointments only.

Please note that if you wish to cancel an appointment with the community midwife, you should call 0131 536 2009. The line is open Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm.
